Russ Ketcham - Executive Director
Background: Coach Ketcham has spent a lifetime as a teacher, athletic, educational and camp administrator, coach, national and international speaker, motivational and inspirational lecturer.
His lacrosse experience has spanned some 40+ years on the Middle School, High School, and College levels. As Director of Athletics and Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at SUNY Maritime College, Volunteer Coach at Hofstra University and USMMA, Head Coach at North Shore High School and long time Assistant at Garden City Schools, he has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of lacrosse programs from A to Z. His presentation at the US Lacrosse National Convention in 07 led him to the realization that there is a need for guidance and expertise for new High School and College programs as well as established programs that may need an overhaul. That is how Old School Lax was born.

Jeff Ketcham - Chief Financial Officer
Background: Jeff has spent the better part of 40 years as an avid volunteer coach, observer, fan, member and Vice President of the Long Island/Metropolitan Lacrosse Foundation of US Lacrosse, President of the Garden City Men’s Association, fund raising support group for athletics in Garden City, NY, and the father of two lacrosse All Americans, his daughter, Susie and son, Scott.
In Jeff’s professional life he was, for 21 years, a Partner with G.X. Clarke and Company, Institutional Dealer in U.S. Government Securities. As an expert in management, human resources management and sales management and marketing; his expertise lends itself to the mission of Old School Lax. The experience gleaned from 10 years as a Financial Associate with Thrivent Financial and consultant for Hofstra University’s Graduate Business Development Center will bring a wealth of knowledge to the day to day operations of our enterprise as a 503c8 Not-For- Profit.

Scott P. Ketcham - Field Director
Background: Scott, a former All-American at Hampden-Sydney College, led the Randolph College men’s lacrosse team into its first full season as a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference in 2010.
Prior to his arrival as Head Coach at Randolph, Scott spent two years as the assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Muhlenberg College; he was also an assistant coach at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia. Upon college graduation, Scott worked as a Political Fund Raiser for lobbying firms and national committees in Washington, D.C.
At Hampden-Sydney, he was a two-time ODAC all-conference performer, as well as, a two-time USILA All-America; he led the Tigers to consecutive D III quarter final appearances and led the country in Goals Against Average in 1998.
Scott serves on the D III Men’s Lacrosse All America Committee and is a facilitator for the NCAA’s D III Leadership Conferences.

Susan A. Ketcham - Medical Director
Background: Susan, a former two time All American goalkeeper at Hartwick College and Volunteer Assistant at Randolph College, is presently a Charge Nurse at the University of Virginia Medical Center Cardiac Post-Op. She has been involved in learning her craft, since graduation, at major health care facilities around the United States, including the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, the Mayo Clinic, and Brigham Women's Hospital, Boston, MA , to name a few. She is training for her first triathlon and no stranger to the medical needs of athletes.

Todd R. Ketcham, Esq. - Legal Counsel
Background: Todd is a former Varsity Football letter winner during his undergraduate days at Hampden-Sydney College ,as well as, a former track and Field performer and lacrosse player during high school on Long Island.
He is the Managing Director of Northern New England Legal Research LLC and a Partner in the Law firm Cooper & Bull in Westbrook, Maine. He is an avid outdoorsman, camper and Disc Golfer and proud father of son, Finnegan.
Education: Hampden-Sydney College- BS in Government, University of Maine- LLD.

Corinne E. Ketcham - IT Director
Background: Cori is a former Junior College and DI Soccer Goalkeeper as well as a high school Swimmer.
She is presently the North East Regional Technical Director for Regenesis Corporation of San Diego. Cori has been a Consultant in the field of Hydrogeology since her graduation, an avid outdoorswoman and camper and super Mom of son, Finnegan.
